Information center (INFO TUJCI) has been established for third-country nationals who are coming to or already living in Slovenia, from students to workers and persons under temporary protection.

The information center offers information services via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), telephone (01 777 55 00, 041 31 80 00), and in person (Tržaška cesta 21, Ljubljana).

The call for applications for the PhD in Biosciences in the academic year 2025/26 is now open.

The application form must be completed on the eVŠ portal and the deadline for applications is Friday 22 August 2025.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides another layer of security when accessing university information services. Please arrange for the second factor (MFA) to be switched on as soon as possible, or at the latest by 25 November 2024, when university will make it compulsory to use MFA for online login to UL services (e.g. VIS and others).
