As part of measures to reduce the risk of misuse of access to University of Ljubljana information resources, the university have decided to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all user accounts (university students and empoyees). MFA requires more than one form of digital identity verification (in addition to a password, there is an additional verification, e.g. via phone), which significantly reduces the risk of misuse of access to systems and data.

On the Central identity management portal of the University of Ljubljana you will find instructions for setting up MFA on your digital identity: ID portal

You can always check the use of your digital identity by following this link: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/.

In case of any issues or questions, you can report a problem at: Help and support - ID portal
